Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, SOVI does accept returns and exchanges. Please read the following bullet points for our return and exchange policy.

• You must contact SOVI via the contact page within 5 days of delivery if you wish to return or exchange an item.
• Returns must be shipped back to SOVI within 7 days of delivery.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping.
• Any items returned must be unworn, unwashed and free from animal hair.
• If you would like to exchange an item please put a note inside your return package stating your name, order number, shipping address and item/size you are exchanging for.
• if your item was initially shipped to you free of charge, we do deduct the outbound shipping cost from the total refund amount. This deduction is made to cover the expenses we incurred when sending the item to you.
